Summary

Timeless Journeys: to Bodhgaya, India is a spiritual Journey from London, across Northern India to the place where the Buddha gained enlightenment. It is a spiritual journey revealing the history and some of the teachings of Buddhism, set to an original score.

The film flows through the history and landscapes of rural India, through the pink city of Jaipur, the floating palaces of Udaipur, the Taj Mahal, the burning ghats at Varanasi until the final resolution at Bodhgaya.

With interviews and reflections, time lapsed photography and beautiful slow moving portraits, the film is a meditation on why we are here, and what it is we are part of.
