Singapore duo take TVF content

Singapore-based networks Okto and tv4me have acquired a raft of content from UK distributor TVF International.

Mediacorp’s Okto has picked up arts series How to Look at a Painting as well as cooking show Galleons of Spice.

Brand New Media’s channel tv4me will air the first two seasons of Classic Car Rescue and Freddie Flintoff: The Gloves Are Off, while Discovery Asia will broadcast wildlife series Bahama Blue.

Meanwhile TVF has added Nat Geo Asia’s adventure travel series Kung Fu Motion, produced by Singapore’s Sitting In Pictures, to its Mipcom catalogue.

TVF is also distributing lifestyle franchise The Food Detectives (14×30), produced by activeTV for Mediacorp’s Channel 5, which has already sold to Nat Geo People, amongst others.
