A+E Lat Am Strikes Innovative Deal

A+E Networks in Latin America has acquired two shows from London-based factual distributor TVF International, including CBS’s Innovation Nation.

The series is hosted by Mo Rocca and tells the dramatic stories behind the some of the world’s greatest inventions and innovations.

The broadcaster has also picked up The Military Tech Show (12×30′), which reveals the latest military technology shaping the present and future of the armed forces.

The deals follow industry event MipCancun, which took place in Mexico last week. TVF head of sales Harriet Armston-Clarke said: “Latin America was one of our fastest-growing markets last year and this doesn’t look likely to change.”
