Twelve Paralympic athletes are training for the Waka Ama sprint world championships, a traditional Pacific water sport like canoeing. Alongside aiming for gold, they also want to enhance the visibility of para-athletes on the global stage.
Top coach Corrina Gage has just a few weeks to prepare them to beat the best-of-the best. This team of amateurs, whose experience in the sport ranges from three months to twenty years, will push themselves to the limit to achieve a world-class performance.
Follow them on a journey that will take them from New Zealand to London. Will they paddle their way to glory?
