Johanna Fink von Klebelsberg, the eccentric owner of Briol, has cleverly preserved the inn’s ancient character by not adding any modern luxuries... or men! Tradition dictates that all the familial staff of the hotel are exclusively women. No less than four generations of women rule the hotel today. Most of the menus are prepared with local ingredients produced by the local community, creating a unique atmosphere in that Tyrolean mountain peaks.
