Netflix has picked up New Zealand-based prodco Attitude Pictures’ dating show Down for Love.
Made by disability-championing Attitude Pictures for TVNZ, Down for Love (5×46’) follows 10 people living with Down Syndrome on a quest to find love.
Over the course of the five episodes, the budding Romeos and Juliets embark on a series of dates – for some their first ever – and gather advice from family, friends, experts and other couples along the way.
Down for Love premieres on Netflix globally, excluding New Zealand, today. London-based distributor TVF International distributes the series.
