London-based independent factual distributor TVF International has restructured its sales team, promoting three execs to new roles.

The new structure will see MD Poppy McAlister heading up UK & Americas, while Ben Nohr, Elina Ishkhanova and Alex Lindsay have been promoted to regional sales managers.

Nohr will lead the Western Europe & MENA sales team, Ishkhanova will manage Central & Eastern Europe and Africa, and Lindsay will manage TVF International’s APAC team.

McAlister said: “We have a long-established reputation for being a truly international distributor, with strong working relationships across both the English and non-English speaking world.

“Restructuring our sales team of ten in this way will allow us to sharpen our focus on key markets in 2026, and continue to find new audiences for the outstanding factual programming in our catalogue.”

The full TVF International team will be at the London TV Screenings, taking place across Soho next month.
