TVF Int’l closes deal with Netflix

London-based indie distributor TVF International has secured the Asian rights for Netflix to Barry Avrich’s documentary feature David Foster: Off the Record.

Produced by Melbar Entertainment Group, the doc offers unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to Grammy Award-winning composer and producer David Foster. Featured interviews throughout the film include pop icons Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion and Michael Bublé.

David Foster: Off the Record held its world premiere at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.

The deal was brokered by Catriona McNeish, head of Asia-Pacific.
