14 January 2016 – Jakarta was hit by the region’s very first ISIS attack. Whilst the group have been defeated in Syria and Iraq, hardened fighters in Indonesia have brought a new brand of terror much closer to home. The men responsible for the deadly attack were radicalised by Indonesia’s most extreme cleric, Aman Abdurrahman, while serving time in prison.
