It’s Halloween in chef and writer Paula McIntyre’s kitchen on Northern Ireland’s spectacular North Coast.

Taking inspiration from her heritage and from recipes passed down through her family, Paula shares the traditions of Ulster-Scots Halloween – or Haleve Nicht – and helps us prepare a delicious dinner that even the ghosts will want their share of.
