This uplifting series returns to present stories of inspiring individuals of all ages living with rare diseases, who continue to chase their dreams despite the challenges they face.

We follow unique people who have lived their life differently to everyone else since the very beginning, or received their life-changing diagnoses as adults. Among many others, we get insight into the life of eight-year-old Bryan, who has Mucopolysaccharidosis which affects his growth and breathing, but does not stop him from playing and enjoying time with his friends; Mona lives with Neuromyelitis Optica which has taken away the use of her legs but also allowed her to discover art as therapy and helped her relearn how to use her body for dance; Dea at 45 has found a passion in supporting other people with the autoimmune neurological condition which causes progressive muscle weakness and fatigue, Myasthenia Gravis.

The journey to happiness while living with a rare disease is a tough one. We see the highs and lows of seven incredible individuals with respiratory, autoimmune, or genetic disorders which affect every aspect of their lives, who prove that they can achieve their dreams and lead fulfilling lives, just like anyone else.
