While the BAFTA-Award Winning chef has cooked in stunning spots the world over, he's now on a mission to discover the diversity of Welsh cuisine. Meeting local chefs from the top restaurants along with hidden gems, he spotlights Welsh produce and dishes beyond it's rarebits and cakes. Though his own versions are never without a fiery twist - be it his patatas bravas made with Pembrokeshire Earlies potatoes, or a 30-hour fire cook to honour a local celebration. 

 

Amid spectacular locations, from the country's coastlines and Snowdonia's hilltops, Chris offers up his fantastic flaming feasts.
