We meet seven unique individuals of all ages who have lived their life differently to everyone else since the very beginning, or received their life-changing diagnoses as adults. Amongst them, we follow the unforgettable journeys of Bernardo, Giovanna, and Karin as they fearlessly pursue their dreams with inspiring resilience.

They are the one in 2,000 people who live with rare diseases, such as respiratory, autoimmune, or genetic disorders which affect every aspect of their lives, but who prove that they can achieve their dreams and lead fulfilling lives, just like anyone else.
