Chef and writer Paula McIntyre lives on Northern Ireland’s spectacular North Coast. From her kitchen which overlooks the Atlantic, Paula cooks a selection of mouth-watering recipes crafted from the finest local, seasonal ingredients.

On a clear day she can see the Isles of Islay, Mull and Jura, a reminder of the early Scottish settlers who brought ingredients and recipes to Ulster shores and who remain a major influence on her own approach to cooking. 

Taking inspiration from recipes handed down through the family and her own Ulster-Scots heritage, Paula adds a contemporary twist to traditional Irish dishes which are sure to delight family and friends.
